Operations tools shouldn't feel like six jobs.

Nuclear Software started as a way to stop losing schedules, approvals, and reports in different spreadsheets and group chats — and grew into a single system operations teams can trust.

Our story

Built from the frustration of reconciling three tools that disagreed.

Every operations team we talked to ran the same patchwork: a spreadsheet for scheduling, a group chat for approvals, and a dashboard nobody trusted for reporting. None of the three ever agreed with each other, and someone always found out about a problem too late.

Nuclear Software was built to close that gap — one system where a shift change, an approval, and the report that reflects it are always the same source of truth.

Today it's used by operations teams who are done re-typing the same information into three places and calling it a process.

2024

First workspace shipped

Scheduling and approvals launched as a single, connected workflow.

2025

Reporting joined the system

Dashboards built directly from what actually happened, not a manual export.

2026

340+ teams, one system

Operations teams across every shift pattern now run daily on Nuclear Software.

What we optimize for.

A short list of the things that actually guide the product decisions.

One source of truth

Scheduling, approvals, and reporting read from the same data — never three versions of the same fact.

Fast to set up

Most teams go live inside a day. If it takes longer than that, we consider it our problem to fix.

Boring, on purpose

No surprise data loss, no silent sync failures. Reliability is a feature, not a footnote.

Set up takes under a day. Bring your existing spreadsheets — we'll help you move everything over.
